Standard Program Scheduling Rules:

10 contiguous lessons will be booked. The number of lessons per week is entirely up to you. (For Example: You may choose Mondays at 10:00AM and Thursday's at 3:00PM) Once lessons are booked they cannot be changed. No re-schedules are allowed with the Standard Program.

WE OFFER TWO ROAD WARRIOR PROGRAMS

Road Warrior One Program Scheduling Rules:

10 contiguous lessons will be scheduled. You are allowed up to five (5) reschedules per ten (10) lessons. All lessons must be completed within one week of the original final scheduled lesson. Seventy-two (72) hour minimum notice must be given to reschedule a session. Sessions may be rescheduled by emailing Schedule@interlangua.com.

Extreme Road Warrior Program Scheduling Rules

Lessons are all held in a 'bank' and will be scheduled week by week based on the individual's request.

Lessons can be scheduled a maximum of seven days in advance. There is no limit as to the number of lessons per week, however all lessons must be used within 10 weeks from the first scheduled lesson or they expire. No guarantees are made for dates, times and tutors requested but every effort will be made to accommodate the individual. Once a lesson is scheduled it cannot be changed again.

Rules and Tech Support for all Sessions:

Scheduled sessions (conferences) will remain open for at least 30 minutes waiting for the client, after 30 minutes the conference may be closed if no one signs in or contacts us regarding a late arrival. No guarantees are made for requested dates and times of rescheduling however every attempt will be made to accommodate the client. Your assigned tutor and a supervisor will be available for all scheduled sessions so any no shows, late arrivals or late cancels still count as a completed session. Tutoring sessions are non refundable. InterLangua can not be held responsible for local electrical or internet outages beyond their control, although every effort will be made to work around outages to accommodate tutoring sessions. Free lessons will not be given for client computer problems or local internet obstructions. Telephone tech support is only available during the first scheduled lesson. All other tech support questions can be sent via email to techcontact@InterLangua.com We will do our best to respond within 48 hours.
